Our laboratory studies the regulatory mechanism of protein kinases via redox modification. Understanding the protein chemistry and biology of these signalling should clarify their physiological functions in cells. Studies in the lab rely on techniques of protein chemistry, molecular biology, and fluorescent imaging.
